Welcome to the Team DIRT Friday Pacific Sprintapalooza.

Please join us weekly on Friday mornings for a 2.0-2.5 w/kg group ride.

We will start out at 2.0 w/kg and slowly ramp it up to a steady 2.5 w/kg. When we approach a sprint area we will try, as a group, to go as fast as possible. We will try to form lead-outs and talk among ourselves to have fun during the sprints. Our goal each lap will be to get the green jersey and best our time from the previous lap. Communication will be essential.

Immediately after the sprint, we will slow down to 2.0 w/kg or below to regroup.

Sprinting is completely optional. Most sprint sections are around 10 or 15 seconds so do not feel pressure to sprint.

Our yellow beacon group leader will ride in the 2.0-2.5 w/kg range after regrouping for the remainder of the lap.

Team DIRT is an acronym for Dads Inside Riding Trainers. We are a brotherhood of like-minded dads who love to make time for zwift around our work and family obligations. We are an all-inclusive social racing team consisting mostly of mid-level zwifters.

The Friday Sprintapalooza idea came about because a lot of us have work and family obligations during the week and this would be a perfect and fun way to end the week. Hence, the 'DIRT Friday Pacific Sprintapalooza’ ride. It's a great way for people to have fun and still feel fresh for a great weekend.
