We’re back in Watopia’s ruins, pushing watts across the jungle. We’ll tackle Jon’s Mix, the workout used by our early development team to test features and build Zwift. The workout starts with a brief warmup and goes straight into short anaerobic bursts, finishing with Sweet Spot Training.
