Description

This series will have 2 seasons with races on Wednesdays at 6:30pm in the U.S. East and 6:30pm in the U.S West. The first season will run November 6, 2019 through December 18, 2019. The second season will run 1/8/2020 through 2/26/20. On the holidays of 12/25 and 1/1 there will be a "just for fun" race event and results will not be included in the series standings. Anyone can join a race on any event night, but you must have a ZwiftPower account to be included in the results and overall standings. Courses: The course will vary each week. Course duration will generally be in the 40 to 55 minute range with more climbing and miles building up as we progress through the series. There will be one TT event each season. The D group will often race a shorter distance than the A, B, and C groups. For the start there will be a one minute gap between each group.

Category Power Limits

A: 4.00 w/kg and greater
B: From 3.20 w/kg to 3.99 w/kg
C: From 2.50 w/kg to 3.19 w/kg
D: Less than 2.50 w/kg

This series was created by the Washington State Bicycle Association serving WA, OR, and North ID. We encourage you to join the WSBA, http://www.wsbaracing. org/, or your local bike racing association in your region. Everyone is welcome for participation, but to win the coveted rubber chicken you must be a current WSBA member and present at the season ending party. Results will be points based by gender and category.

Scoring:

Racers must create a ZwiftPower account before the event to be considered in season results.

The series standings and weekly results are based only on racers that are registered for the series. A non-registered racer that drops in is welcome anytime, but will not be included in placing points nor take a position so that place will fall to the next registered finisher. Final results will be available on zwiftpower.com
