INC RELENTLESS 2.5w/kg Group Training

Description:
4 laps with an average flat speed at the front of 2.0 – 2.5w. This is a pyramid-based training ride aimed to push you as you increase the watts.

The 4 Pyramids will be similar to
• 5 mins at 2w
• 3 mins at 2.5
• 2 mins at 3
• 1 min at 3.5
• 30secs at 4

Depending on the group there may be a mini race to finish at 3km remaining.

This is an Innovation Cycling Training Ride Event – all riders are welcome. These events are put together to push you further than before, if you are feeling fresh hop on the front, if you need rest surf the draft. This training ride is part of the INC RELENTLESS training rides that happen daily with each day focusing on a different area of improvement.
