The Friday Criterium Autumn Series
Riders who have not joined ZwiftPower and agreed to the data storage and sharing conditions will be excluded from the final results.

Final placings will be a riders best 9 results from the 12 races.

POWER UPs: Disabled
BIKES: All allowed
A B and C riders must wear a HRM
GROUPS: Use your FTP and then divide by your weight in kg then pick the correct group.

A: 4.0 W/kg FTP or higher
B: 3.2 W/kg to 3.99 W/kg FTP
C: 2.5 W/kg to 3.19 W/kg FTP
D: Under 2.49 W/kg FTP

D riders also have their own race.

PLEASE NOTE: Strava data for TFC races must be open (not private or hidden). This data can be used at organiser’s discretion to validate Zwift results against outdoor performance. Hidden or private data hinders this process and may result in DQ. zwiftpower.com account must be created and you must opt in https://my.zwift.com/profile/connections.

Please Note: ZPower riders with avg. W/Kg over the duration of the race of greater than 3.99 W/Kg will not be eligible for Cat or Race wins. Riders producing over 5 W/Kg average will be DQ. They will be reinstated if real life matching performances can be provided.


Females will be included in their Cat and their results will be published on the TFC fb page as a separate Ladies league.

You’ve lost some weight too, cycling is great cardio.
There were a few UPG today. With that long climb twice anyone close to the limit can easily slip over. It's like 2 FTP's.
